The ODR Collaborative, along with the Government of Bihar, organised this workshop in Patna in December 2008 to discuss the rehabilitation of the Kosi flood-affected region and its communities. The workshop resulted in a policy initiative by the Government of Bihar to adopt an owner-driven reconstruction perspective and approach for the forthcoming rehabilitation programme.
