Household and Building Damage Assessment of the Easter Flood in Timor Leste

After Tropical Cyclone Seroja hit Timor Leste and caused unprecedented floods, UNDP undertook a Household and Building Damage Assessment. Vivek Rawal of People in Centre was invited as the expert to lead the building damage assessment. Nearly 1,000 buildings were assessed and analysed to understand the type and extent of damage.
