The Shelter Group (ODR Collaborative) is a network of organisations facilitating a people-centred, empowering approach to housing, particularly in post-disaster reconstruction. People in Centre is part of the group working on the Kosi Flood Rehabilitation in Bihar. ‘A Design Handbook for Bamboo Houses’ was published by The Shelter Group in collaboration with the Bihar Institute for Public Administration and Rural Development.
