Distilling the learning from Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) supported tsunami projects in India, myself and P. Thamizoli authored and published a small booklet. The learning have been derived from the projects implemented by CIDA partners in states of Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. Though focussed on CIDA projects, the learning may have wider application in other disaster rehabilitation projects as well.
