Vivek Rawal, founder member and director, leads the thematic area of ‘Reinforcing People’s Capacities to Reduce Disaster Risks’ and ‘Reclaiming Urban Space for the People’. He coordinates projects related to post disaster needs assessment, reconstruction and recovery, social housing, sustainable building technologies, participatory community planning and design.
