Assessment of SIFFS-HIVOS Project for Tsunami Rehabilitation

Assessment of HIVOS consortium supported post tsunami project implemented by South Indian Federation of Fishermen Societies (SIFFS) was undertaken by a team of consultants led by Vivek Rawal. The assessment using Hyogo Framework of Action (HFA) aimed at outcome level learning for both SIFFS and Hivos for future involvement in such disaster rehabilitation programmes.
