Hunnarshala Foundation and other organisations of Bhuj developed project proposal to be submitted for Rajiv Awas Yojana (RAY). Based on the surveys and data collected, People in Centre provided technical support to develop plan of action for Slum-free City.

Further, Bhimraonagar and Ramdevnagar settlements with 146 dwelling units were taken up as a pilot project for developing a detailed plan and demonstrating a strategy for slum-free plan for the city.
